Open access is a set of principles and practices by which research results are distributed online, without access fees or other barriers. Open access began to be sought and offered worldwide by researchers when the possibility itself was opened by the emergence of online publishing. Open access leads to the alleviation of social inequality caused by restricted access to academic research.

All articles published in the journal are open access. The articles are published free of charge and will be freely accessible on the journal’s website, both in HTML format and in PDF format for issues of the journal that have already appeared.

Open access implies the free availability of articles on the Internet, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search for the desired article or publish a link to the full texts of these articles. The articles can be used for any legal purpose, according to the license of each article, without financial, legal or technical barriers.

Authors retain full copyright in published articles, and the right to be recognized as authors and cited appropriately, according to the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

All manuscripts submitted for publication, unless otherwise specified by the author, will be published under the CC BY-NC-ND, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/.
