Editorial Board and Scientific Council
The Editorial Board collaborates with the Scientific Council to verify the correctness of the manuscripts and to check for possible plagiarism using verification systems. After the preliminary evaluation, the manuscripts are subjected to an independent analysis, calling on the members of the Scientific Council or other independent specialists, on the basis of anonymity, ensuring the confidentiality and impartiality of the review process. The reviewers who will be called upon collaborate voluntarily, without financial or competitive interests. In the case of contradictory reviews on a particular article, another reviewer will be called upon for the final decision.
The evaluation of the manuscripts will not take into account the age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religious and political opinions, origin and nationality of the author. The Editorial Board guarantees the confidentiality and protection of unpublished data received from the author.
The article will not be published if there is a conflict of interest. If there is financial support for research in the development of the article, this will be specified.
In the event of obvious scientific errors in the conclusions, plagiarism or other ethical issues, the editorial board will inform the author so that he can make a decision regarding possible corrections or clarifications.
Authors and reviewers must comply with the rules specified by the journal.
The editorial board will give priority to resolving any ethical issues identified or received in the form of observations, complaints or claims.
Reviewers
The review of materials is done in collaboration with the Scientific Council, and/or with independent experts, preserving the anonymity of the author and possible identification data. The reviewers used must not be in a close relationship with the author.
The reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the data and information contained in the manuscript, not to discuss them with other people and not to use them for personal gain.
The reviewers check the compliance of the manuscripts received for evaluation with the journal profile, novelty and relevance and evaluate the credibility, reliability and quality of the conclusions and data. The reviewers’ conclusions must be well argued, using references from authorized sources.
The evaluation of the work will take into account the correctness of the citations, and the existence and accessibility of the bibliographical references.
The reviewers must decline their contribution to the evaluation of the article if they consider that they may enter into a conflict of interest of any nature with the content of the article.
Authors
The responsibility for the content, interpretations and opinions expressed lies solely with the authors. Authors must provide reliable scientific data and objective conclusions, with sufficient details and bibliographic references for a possible reproduction of the methodology and research results.
The scientific council may request from the author primary research data relevant to the manuscript, for their transmission to the reviewers.
The content of the manuscript must be original, providing adequate citations where appropriate. Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, falsification and fabrication of data are not accepted. If the author has previously published the work, or parts of it, in another journal or online publication, this aspect must be clearly highlighted, with the exact and correct citation of the previous publication.
If there are multiple contributors to the work, the manuscript must indicate all contributors, specifying the role of each in the work. In the case of multiple authors, they establish the order in which they will appear in the article, according to their own criteria.
There should be no financial or other conflicts of interest between the authors and the content of the manuscript that could affect the results or conclusions presented and the evaluation of the manuscript. Sources of funding should be clearly stated.
