Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are of academic quality, relevant to research, original and well-reasoned. Authors must comply with the requirements imposed by the journal.
Manuscripts submitted by authors may be experimental research, theoretical papers, or reviews. All manuscripts must include the title, abstract, keywords, introduction, main content, conclusions, and bibliography.
Authors must send an electronic copy of the paper, in Word .DOC format, to the following e-mail address: contact@intelligenceinfo.org. There is no fee for processing and publishing materials. Simultaneously with the submission of the article for publication, the author shall also send a brief introduction with his/her professional affiliation, and personal contact details (locality, telephone number, and e-mail address). If the author has an ORCID or ResercherID identifier, it is recommended to tell them.
The article may have a maximum of three authors. In the case of two or more authors, the author submitting the article must have the approval of the other authors for publication. If there are more than one author, the above identification is valid for all authors. The authors will be mentioned in the article in the order specified in the manuscript. The title of the paper must be relevant, and translated, if applicable, into Romanian and English.
The abstract must include indications about the relevance of the subject, the purpose and object of the study, the methodology used (theoretical basis), and its value or utility. An academic abstract usually outlines four elements relevant to the completed paper: the research orientation (statement of the specific problem(s)/gap(s) in existing research(s) addressed); the research methods (experimental research, case studies, questionnaires, reviews, etc.) used to solve the problem; the main results/conclusions of the research; and the main conclusions and recommendations (i.e. how the paper answers the proposed research question). The abstract is not structured, without reference to sources, without tables or figures, and the full results will not be presented in the abstract. Abstracts are protected by copyright law in the same way as any other form of written discourse. It is advisable that the abstract contains 250 – 300 words. The abstract should be translated, if applicable, into Romanian and English.

Keywords are made up of words or phrases, separated by commas. Keywords must be translated, if applicable, into Romanian and English.
The introduction substantiates and explains the scientific problems and the relevance of the research, highlighting the novelty of the topic and scientific solutions, the research methodology, the restrictions and major sources of references. The introduction will also present the logic of the presentation based on the sections in the content,
The content of the work is divided into significant sections, with individual titles, to highlight the logic of the research and argumentation.
The conclusions present the main ideas of the manuscript, demonstrate the results obtained and their novelty, the possible practical use of the results obtained and suggestions regarding directions for further scientific research.
The list of references in the bibliography must be made in alphabetical order, indicating the source in the original language in which it was analyzed.
Appendices may include large figures, tables, graphs, schemes, photographs, etc.
Formatting the paper
The paper should be 5-25 pages long (with 1.5-spaced paragraphs, Times New Roman font size 12, and 2 cm side margins). The page count includes only the actual content of the paper, without information about the authors, title, abstract and keywords, bibliography, and appendices. The recommended number of sources is on average 15-40. Supplementary materials should not exceed 5 pages.
Citations: It is recommended to use the British Standards Institution system, with references in АПА (APA Style Reference Citations). Sources should be clearly cited in the body of the text, with a complete list of references at the end of the paper.
