Liviu TurcuLiviu Turcu is a lawyer, with a professional background that combines operational experience in law enforcement structures with legal expertise and security information analysis. His activity is located at the intersection of investigation, intelligence and the interpretation of power mechanisms in the public and private space.

He began his professional career as an officer within the Ministry of Interior, where he carried out criminal investigation activities, an experience that gave him direct access to the operative mechanisms of investigation and the real dynamics of criminal phenomena. Later, as a lawyer (since 2004), he managed complex cases in criminal, civil and administrative litigation, developing in parallel a solid component of investigative audit and network analysis.

His expertise includes the creation of psychological and behavioral profiles, the analysis of political and economic links, the identification of centers of influence and the construction of relational maps used in decision-making and strategic processes. This approach positions him in the specific area of applied intelligence, where information is correlated, contextualized and transformed into a tool for understanding and anticipation.

In the academic and training dimension, he worked as a trainer at the Police Academy, contributing to training in specialized fields and to the development of educational programs relevant to the security and analysis area.

His editorial activity strengthens the profile of an intelligence analyst. In the volume “Backstage Games – The Kidnapping of Journalists” (the first in a duological series), he addresses the opaque mechanisms behind events with major media impact, highlighting the role of state and non-state actors in the management and instrumentalization of crises. In “The Fourth Reich – Projekt Europa” (the first in the tetralogy The Fourth Reich), he develops a critical analysis of transnational power structures, exploring hypotheses regarding the influence of political-economic networks on the European construction. As co-author of the work “Secret Agents Who Influenced World History”, he contributes to contextualizing the role of intelligence services and covert operations in shaping major historical developments.

These works reflect a constant direction of interest: identifying invisible power structures, analyzing the interdependencies between politics, economics and intelligence, as well as understanding how information is used as a strategic tool.

His profile is defined by critical thinking, synthesis capacity and direct experience in investigating complex phenomena. He has advanced linguistic skills (English, French, German), which allow him access to international sources and the integration of comparative perspectives in his analysis.
