Professional and teaching activity
‐ 1993-1999, various positions in the military hierarchy in which leadership duties are intertwined with professional and teaching ones in the line of military intelligence.
‐ 1999-2001 various positions at the level of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Staff;
‐ 1995-2004 teaches courses as an associate professor at the National Defense University Bucharest;
‐ 2000-2001 expert and associate at the National Academy of Information;
‐ 2003-2004 courses in an hourly payment system, in the discipline: “European policies” within the Master’s Degree “Modern Governance and Local Development”, within the SNSPA-Faculty of Public Administration Bucharest;
‐ 2004-2005 teaching activities teaching and giving seminars on information, defense diplomacy, security and national safety. In parallel with the activity at the department, I carried out activities of analysis and implementation of some practical applications on the information line, meant to support and improve the educational process;
‐ The teaching activity was embodied in seminars and practical activities specific to the courses. During this period, I developed various practical applications for the seminar activity and application programs to improve the military and civilian education process.
